It’s Friday, which means that over at An Island Life it’s time for Aloha Friday.
My husband and I finally got a chance to head to IKEA today to see what all the fuss has been about. It was both awesome and overwhelming! We didn’t buy much, just a few small things, but we DID come home with so many ideas to get organized. As I am typing this post, my husband is in the kitchen going through all our cabinets cleaning stuff out. Our trip really motivated him, which made it totally worth it for me. 
So, my question is…
What are some things you do to get/stay organized??
I am terrible at organization, but every now and then I freak out and throw stuff away. LOL

Cut the bottoms from any small boxes (mac and cheese, cereal, granola bars, etc) and use them to organize kitchen junk drawers.
July 31st, 2009 at 6:49 pmAs soon as I use something, I put it back where it belongs as soon as I am done. I never leave anything around. I also use baskets to organize books, makeup, toys, bath supplies.
