A Tasty Sorting Activity



We were eating Fruit Loops this morning (something I don’t buy very often) and Emily had her usual 2 helpings.  She asked for more and I got an idea.  I cut different colored circles out of construction paper to fit in the center of paper plates.  Then I filled a small bowl with Fruit Loops.  I gave her a big spoon and a small measuring spoon to scoop with.  Then she had to sort them into different colors.  When she was finished she was so excited to eat them!
