Emily brought this home from her preschool the other day and I loved it. I have it hanging up on our fridge but it would also make really cute cards or a Fall picture book to practice colors. Here’s how to make it.
- Dip your child’s thumb in brown paint to make the acorn. The side of the thumb to make the top of it.
- Paint their hand in red to make the apple. Have them make a fist and then using the side of each fist stamp the paper twice.
- Have them make a fist again and this time paint the front of the fist (with the knuckles) to make the pumpkin.
- Finally, paint their entire hand yellow to make the leaf.
After the paint drys you can go back through and do some touch ups.
