Aloha Friday

It’s Friday, which means that over at An Island Life it’s time for Aloha Friday.  I teach preschool twice a week and I got the chance to meet my kid’s parent’s last night.  I got home around 9:00 and was exhausted from being up at the school all day.  I got in bed and my mind starting racing.  I kept thinking about things I needed to do in my classroom and for the first day of school.  I finally fell asleep around 12:30.  So my question is …

What keeps you awake at night?

    Hmmm.. good question:

    * My kids…. mainly the toddlers, they don’t like Mommy to sleep.

    * Mentally? Stress over money. My best friend is having a rough time and I hate not being able to help financially.

LOL. Not much considering I sleep only 4 hrs a night as it is due to my work schedule.

I think stress is the only thing that keeps me awake at night. It all catches up with me sometimes when I finally slow down for the day.

Most of the time, it’s stress (or random thoughts or to-do lists). This past week I have to admit to staying up late due to worry, but it turned out to be fun too – I found the movie Serendipity on at 2am or something crazy like that.

Very few things. If I’m really really upset by something, it might keep me awake, but that’s about it.

Nothing. The minute my head hits the pillow I am done.
